Glossy Blogger Iveta On Her Latest Work!
I’ve currently finished working on the cover illustration for Vive Magazine, a Canadian based student run publication that focalizes on academic subjects through fashion. This is 2nd cover that I have done for Vive, whooho! The Alexander McQueen spring 2008 parrot dress is pretty much the symbol of the spring / summer season for me. It’s one of my all time favourite dresses (along with Stella McCartney’s spring 2010 red finale ruffle dress), but I’ve also chosen it to pay tribute to Lee McQueen and his beautiful creations. The colours and fabrics are just out of this world, I even recall catching my breath as Carrie Bradshaw stepped out wearing it in Sex and the City (the movie).
ps: Literally CANNOT wait for warm spring weather to arrive so I can wear all the amazing maxi dresses…ahh come on Toronto lets get to it!

love your blog,Since you’re getting married at the courthouse and then going to a restaurant, I would recommend that you not get a big, ornate dress. An a-line would look nice, as would a sheath.. . Have you considered getting a white bridesmaid’s dr…
